We had a french menu which was absolutely delicious, and Patricia did a great job. We would unreservedly recommend her. If she says she can do something, she can definitely do it.

We were able to spend an afternoon before hand trying out options with Patricia. This helped us decide on the menu, and also meant we had minimal concerns leading up to the wedding. If you cannot do this, you are in as safe hands as you could be. Patricia is a very straight shooter- she has that direct-no fuss, French practicality that gets things done effectively in a low key but heart warming manner. Oh and did I mention, she is a delight to know as well! -David & Darcy
